On behalf of Ryan Knoedler’s family, we would like to extend our deepest gratitude for the outpouring of support that we received from everyone at the Sunrise Saturday night. It was amazing to my family to see how many people cared about Ryan. People opened their arms to us and shared memories about Ryan. The shared memories are our most treasured gift that anyone could ever offer. Ryan has made such an impact on so many people’s lives whether you just met him or you have known him since childhood. We all know Ryan was no saint and he had a way of working on your nerves but the only person he ever hurt was himself. Ryan was a friend to everyone.

My family would especially like to thank SDS for organizing the benefit concert. We know that it was hard for them. SDS was a big part of Ryan’s life and he loved each of you. Keith, Chris and Kev, you will forever be a part of our family and in hearts just like we know Ryan will always hold a place in your hearts.

We would also like to thank Jill. She has done everything she can to make sure my family is taken care of in our time of sorrow. She has helped us more than she could ever know and we will forever be grateful.

We can not thank you enough for all of the donations that we have received in honor of my brother. It is amazing to see how many people want help. Thank you all.
